We Do Not Retain Credit Card Information

If you place an order for retreat attendance on saltandlightnorthernfilm.com., your credit card number is never stored on our servers; instead, we pass the information directly to the credit card processing company. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to pay for your Registration Fee or to receive any donations you may wish to grant.

We Do Retain Address Information

We retain billing address, telephone, and email data solely to facilitate serving our attendees in maintaining order history or to follow up in response to retreat issues or questions you submit. Unless you opt out, we may send you retreat reminder emails concerning our upcoming retreats.

We will not share your personal information with any third party. Should a situation arise that requires us by law to provide information to law enforcement we will comply with both provincial and federal law.
